A note about ordering from Cocktails By Mail
One of my pillars is eco-friendly, which includes using the biodegradable pouches. These bags are not as robust plastic pouches and it means around 1 in 50 deliveries is damaged during transit. This is not ideal but is a concious choice I am making to ensure I keep to my no plastic pledge. I want to make you aware ahead of your order, so you can make the choice if being eco-friendly outweighs the chance of your cocktails arriving damaged.
If your cocktails arrive damaged please notify me so I can get you a replacement out ASAP. I assure you that I will do everything to make it right.
